these ornaments were a major hit in 2021 + have now been upgraded to glass from plastic! they make the perfect gift for pet parents + family keepsake that consider fur babies part of the family! (+ especially for the ones you're not sure how to shop for)

these ornaments are made-to-order. processing time will vary depending on the current workload. guaranteed before christmas commissions are now BOOKED! any custom or commission orders placed after November 13th are not guaranteed to be completed before December 25th, 2022.

HOW TO ORDER

after placing your order + processing payment:

1) please send an email to kate@purposeunderpalms.com with your order number in the subject line. (after your order was placed, you should have received an email or confirmation with your order number. if not, please include the name the order is under)

2) attach a photo with the pet portrait you would like to use. multiple pets on one ornament will make the scale of the pet smaller than shown in product photos of just one pet.

3) if you would like any writing, please be specific + include what writing you would like + if you would like it on the front or back. double check your spelling.

4) after the email is sent, please keep on eye on your inbox, spam folders, and/or promotions folders! this is how Kate will contact you with any questions. if Kate has any questions and does not receive a response within 7 days of sending, your order will be canceled.

5) you will receive a separate email when your order ships with tracking information.
