Shipping Info
The estimated shipping time, on average, is 3-10 business days. This may vary depending on shipping method chosen and carrier. We do our best to get your package to you within a timely manner, but cannot guarantee estimated time frames.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $65. Free U.S. shipping on Commission orders, excluding express shipping, overnight shipping, or packages over 70lbs. Wholesale orders not eligible for free shipping.
Digital Downloads
No physical item will be mailed to you with the purchase of a digital download.
Items Returned to Sender or Undeliverable
Customers are responsible for inputting the correct mailing address. Any mailing address or other errors made by the customer is not the responsibility of Purpose Under Palms or its owners, and we are not responsible for paying to ship the item again. Please email support@purposeunderpalms.com for more information if you believe your package was returned to sender or marked as undeliverable.
Additional Charges
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Purpose Under Palms is not responsible for any charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once your package leaves the Purpose Under Palms facility, it is in the hands of the courier (USPS, FedEX, UPS, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or undelivered packages. If this happens, you may reach out to support@purposeunderpalms.com and we will try to assist as best we can.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally, but hope to offer this service in the future.
