Refund policy

If you have questions about a product before ordering, please contact us directly at info@purposeunderpalms.com and we may describe the product further. Please also note that each computer monitor is calibrated differently, so colors may appear slightly different in person.

Please read Terms of Service regarding any Commissions.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital downloads are non-refundable or exchangeable for any reason.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@purposeunderpalms.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return, but we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All items are inspected under quality control by Purpose Under Palms before being shipped. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 calendar days from the date your item is shown as delivered to inspect the items for damages.

If you find noticeable damages, such as large cracks, dents, completely broken and shattered pieces, please send photos of the damaged item along with photos of the packaging it arrived in with your order number. These are addressed on a case-by-case basis. Small dents, bends, or scratches may not be refunded, as we unfortunately cannot control how the package is handled once it leaves our facility.

If accepted, a new item will be mailed to you. If the original product you ordered is sold out, you may choose a new item of equal or lesser value.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, items marked as final sale, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), commissioned pieces, used products, or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not accept exchanges on sale items, clearance items, items marked as final sale, personalized products, custom commissioned pieces, used products, or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not issue refunds on perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), sale items, clearance items, items marked as final sale, commissioned pieces, used products, or gift cards. We also do not accept refunds for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Transaction fees on credit cards are not refunded. Tips are not refunded.
