how do i care for my original artwork?
While natural aging of artwork is normal, there are steps you can take to avoid preventable or expedited wear + tear, such as:
- Avoid or limit exposure to direct sunlight.
- Keep away from moisture, heat, oils, odors, or extreme temperatures.
- Avoid handling with bare hands, natural oils may cause damage.
- Do not lean your artwork against rigid surfaces to avoid punctures + cracking.
- Gently dust only, do not spray with cleaners.
All originals by Kate have protective finish to help seal + protect the painting. If cared for properly, you artwork can last for decades!
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
Corners of handmade frames are sharp.
Hang or place in a safe area, away from pets + children.
why is there a tip option at checkout?
The tip option is primarily used for commission orders at checkout. Of course, you may leave a tip on any order if you choose to do so, but it is not required!
how long does it take for my order to ship?
Processing times are based on if your item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order, averaging between 1-14 days. Once shipped, it is usually 3-10 business days. Time estimates may vary depending on carrier + shipping method chosen. Please keep in mind that once your package ships, it's in the hands of the carrier!
do you travel?
Give me an excuse to explore new coffee shops + art museums, I'll be there! I am currently based in Southwest VA + East TN, but passport ready + willing to travel anywhere you'll have me! Travel expenses may apply, such as lodging, airfare, transportation, etc. based on event location. Please send an inquiry for exact estimates.
